Rheena advises on general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and assists clients in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. She advises clients on registration and post-registration regulatory compliance and assists in securing relevant permits and licenses from local government units and administrative agencies.

Rheena has participated in legal due diligence audits related to mergers and acquisitions, financing, equity restructuring and securities offering.

She drafts and reviews financing and security agreements. She prepares applications for listing in the Philippine Stock Exchange and Philippine Dealing Exchange and prepares transaction documents in relation to initial and follow-on public offerings, private placements and offering of long-term negotiable certificates of time deposit.

Rheena also represents clients in special proceedings such as insolvency and liquidation and adoption.

Prior to working at PSF Law, she worked as an associate at Picazo Buyco Tan Fider and Santos Law Office. She has also worked as a business development professional for a global law firm and as a market data specialist at the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Rheena obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 2015 and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, major in Economics from the same university.
