Rodolfo is the managing partner of PSF Law. His practice spans corporate and commercial law, securities, employment law and litigation. 

He has considerable experience in corporate financing, capital markets transactions and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements and other strategic alliances.

He has represented individuals and corporations in administrative, civil and criminal proceedings involving contractual disputes, intra-corporate controversies, regulatory disputes as well as tax and employment matters.  

He serves as corporate secretary of corporations in various industries including technology, manufacturing, automobile, gaming and wellness. 

Immediately before forming PSF Law, he served as general counsel, corporate secretary and director of several corporations including a number of Philippine Stock Exchange-listed companies. He also served in the public sector as Assistant Chief of Staff and Consultant of the Office of the Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines and as Technical Assistant to the Executive Secretary as well as practiced as an Associate Lawyer of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. 

He was a professional lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law and Ateneo de Manila University Law School. 

Rodolfo obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines, cum laude and class valedictorian, in 2001. He was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2002, placing first in the 2001 bar examinations. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, major in Management (Honors) and minor in Japanese Studies program, magna cum laude, from the Ateneo de Manila University.
