Ruby represents clients on labor and employment cases as well as civil and criminal cases. She assists in drafting and reviewing employment contracts and employees’ code of conduct and discipline. She also represents clients in special civil proceedings such as insolvency, liquidation and adoption.

Ruby advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters and handles legal due diligence review in relation to corporate transactions including acquisitions and joint venture agreements.

Ruby obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College Manila in 2017 and was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Business Management, from De la Salle University Manila.
